- For the returning, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will accept the return in the form of Store Credit. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.
- All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
- Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Our Shop has the right to deny a return if the product returned doesn't meet our return policy requirements.
- Responsible for the return shipping is on your cost as well as items lost or damaged, therefore we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

- All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
- Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement
- Parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
